Job Description
We are looking for personable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our front-of-house team as servers. As a server, your main responsibility is to ensure that every guest receives prompt, attentive, and friendly service from the moment they walk through our doors. You will greet customers, provide menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about food or beverage offerings. Servers are expected to know the menu in depth, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens. You’ll input orders accurately into the POS system, coordinate timing with the kitchen, and deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner. Excellent memory, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential to prevent errors and ensure customer satisfaction. In addition to taking care of tables, servers are responsible for side work, restocking, polishing silverware, and maintaining cleanliness in their stations. You’ll be expected to upsell daily specials, desserts, and wine pairings where appropriate. Prior experience in a full-service restaurant is a strong advantage, but we are open to training dedicated individuals with the right attitude. Servers must also handle customer complaints gracefully and escalate issues to management when necessary. A team mindset is essential—servers must coordinate with bussers, hosts, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless guest experience. Physical stamina is required as shifts involve walking, lifting trays, and being on your feet for extended periods. Strong organizational skills will help manage multiple tables during busy services. Flexible scheduling is offered, but weekend and evening availability is essential. This position offers excellent earning potential through tips and the opportunity to grow into a lead server or trainer role.
