Job Description
We are searching for an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead the strategic and day-to-day management of our multi-outlet dining program. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complexity and has a track record of optimizing processes across large or diverse food and beverage operations. The Operations Manager will oversee budget planning, vendor negotiations, staffing strategy, and performance metrics for multiple restaurant concepts under one umbrella. You'll report directly to executive leadership and play a key role in driving profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Key duties include reviewing labor and COGS reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing new systems to improve productivity. You’ll partner with chefs and general managers to ensure consistent food quality, menu innovation, and operational alignment. The role also includes auditing health and safety practices, scheduling compliance inspections, and leading staff training initiatives on service standards and policies. You will manage vendor relationships, from food distributors to equipment suppliers, and will evaluate contracts regularly for cost-effectiveness. An essential part of this position is developing SOPs for purchasing, receiving, and storage, along with overseeing software systems related to scheduling, inventory, and reservations. You’ll also guide marketing efforts by collaborating with PR and digital teams on promotions, loyalty programs, and special events. Experience with multi-unit P&L oversight, large-scale hiring, and cost analysis is vital. You must be an excellent communicator with leadership skills that inspire trust and accountability. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably at a hotel, resort, or restaurant group. An understanding of sustainable sourcing, allergen protocols, and new dining technologies will set you apart. The ability to travel between locations and work a flexible schedule is required.
